This sample letter is provided as a guideline. It should be copied word for word when it is reproduced filling in the blanks with the appropriate information. It should be sent home ONE WEEK prior to the Family Night. Dear (School Name) parents, This letter is to alert you to an extraordinary family program we have scheduled for (day) evening, (date). Called “Experience the Magic” with JD Stewart MD (magic dude). It’s an exciting program filled with music, magic fun and involvement for the entire family … children and their parents … kids of all ages!

The magic dude aka JD Stewart who presents the Experience the Magic show has been performing since he was in High School. You may have seen him on America’s Got Talent. He has performed for hundreds of thousands of people. Magic has taken him all over the country performing in cities from Washington D.C. to Washington State, from Dallas to Dayton. He has consulted and performed in television, film, and theater. He has received several awards for his work in magic including a Presidential Citation from the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He is one of America’s foremost family entertainers.

JD Stewart MD (magic dude) will present his special “Experience the Magic” program in (location) at (time), (date). The program will be presented on a ticket sale basis. JD Stewart MD (magic dude) commands fees in the thousands of dollars per performance. Through this unique program tickets to this show will be only (insert price) in advance and (insert door price) at the door.
