Send this letter with your students on the day of the assembly program (Note: It would be better to give these letters to teachers AFTER they have all seen the assembly)

Dear (school name ) parents,

Last week we sent you a letter about our upcoming Family Night program, “JD Stewart MD (magic dude) Experience the Magic” show and today we saw an assembly that certainly lives up to its name, and more! Our student’s responses were enthusiastic, to say the least. They laughed and had a great time enjoying the good clean fun while learning some valuable lessons about (self-esteem/Science of Magic).

(Day) evening, (date) will be Family Enrichment Night for us, when JD Stewart MD (magic dude) returns to present a program for the families that is COMPLETELY different from the assembly he presented for your children today. His brand new show features music magic illusion and comedy all with lots of audience participation. A positive and worthwhile evening, especially for the parents and the children of our (school or organization) “family”.

Talk to your children about their experience today, you may be surprised at what you hear. I know you will be amazed at what you see on our Family Enrichment Night! Other parents have said, “By the end of the evening, if you’re not careful you might find that you’ve learned a very useful lesson while thinking you’ve been hilariously entertained. And newspapers have said, “the best show I’ve seen in 20 years!” and “… a super fabulous show that I loved!”

Your (sponsoring organization) is sponsoring this event, with the profits going to the (project) I urge you to get your tickets now. All tickets are only $__ in advance and $__ at the door if any are left. A special family price is also available to cover a family of four or more. Regardless of size. The family pass is only $20. Of course, children under school age are admitted free of charge. Buy your tickets early as The Magic Dude will only be at (school or organization) for just this one night and seating is limited!

By now you must know this show is for the entire family, and we heartily recommend that your children be accompanied by you, their parents. Please bring your kids with you … not just sent them alone.
