When you get to a location and your props haven’t arrived. What do you do? Doug had to do a full 45-minute show in his carry-on.  So he started thinking,” What can I do? If they say do another show and my luggage still hasn’t arrived?” They are paying you. You have to do something to justify the money they’re paying you.  You can’t find a Walmart in the Caribbean. It’s a great idea to start thinking in terms like that. What can I do in place of that? And a lot of Doug’s lecture covers that. What could you do instead of what you had planned?
